Reopening of Sports Facilities Under MECQ

We recently re-opened our sports facilities on 26 April 2021, subject to the Club’s existing health and safety protocols as well as on the IATF-set guidelines for areas under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).

The following facilities for outdoor non-contact sports/activities will be open at 50% capacity, consistent with DTI memorandum circular 21-14:

A. Sports & Athletics
1. Archery
2. Golf Driving Range (GDR) – alternating lanes will be open for use
3. Swimming pool – one person per lane at the 25m pool, by reservation: http://bit.ly/PoloSwimmingPool
4. Softball – only practice drills are permitted
5. Tennis – middle and hard courts, alternating courts will be accessible

B. Polo & Equestrian
1. Equestrian – West Field, lunging, big and small arenas for resumption of riding and lessons, by reservation: https://bit.ly/2OHb7gU
2. Polo – stick and ball allowed at the West Field

C. Additional Guidelines
1. Club’s sports facilities are open from 6am to 6pm.
2. The rest of the facilities are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The services of independent service providers (ISPs) are not available yet.
4. Members and Spouses ages 66 years old and above are now allowed to use our outdoor sports/exercise facilities.
5. Dependents below 18 years old are still not allowed to enter the Club.
6. Returning Club personnel will be antigen-tested prior to deployment in the Club
 
The rest of our safety guidelines under MECQ, per our circular dated 13 April 2021, shall remain in effect until 30 April 2021:

1. Only members are allowed to enter the Club.
2. F&B outlets are still open for outdoor dining at 50% capacity, delivery, pick-up/takeaway services from 7am to 7:30pm.
3. The rest of our facilities, including Badminton Courts, Squash Courts, Upper Tennis Courts, Central Locker, Library, Hairwatch, Saddle Brown and Tack Shop remain closed.
4. Horse stalls are open for Member visits only.
