Polo Pass: Just Swipe

We’ve found a simpler and more convenient way to implement contact tracing for everyone who enters and exits the Club.

When the Club reopened in July last year during GCQ, we introduced SafePass, a QR code-based contact tracing system that was outsourced as a provisional safety measure.  We’ve since replaced that with a newer and more user-friendly system, Polo Pass. 

The new Polo Pass was developed in-house by the Club’s MIS Office and designed to further enhance your Club experience while adhering to safety and hygiene COVID protocols.  Now, all you need to do every time you enter and exit the Club is to swipe your Polo Club membership card at the gate. Your membership card will also be swiped in the Polo Pass system when you present it to pay at various POS points throughout the Club: at the sports facilities, for food and beverage orders, and at other outlets. 

The simple swipe system means there is no need to fill up a daily health declaration every time you visit the Club. That’s all it takes!

HOW TO GET THE POLO PASS

 

Before you can access the Polo Pass system, all Members, Spouses and Adult Dependents (aged 18 and above), must sign and submit the Club’s Waiver and Certification (W&C) to comply with the health declaration and other regulatory requirements of the government and the Club. You will have to do this only once.*

 

The Waiver & Certification document can be downloaded here or you may request a hard copy from the Membership Office.  Please email the signed W&C to membership@manilapolo.com.ph. You may also submit the signed form by hand to the Help Desk located at the Main Lobby. Once submitted, you may start swiping the next time you come to the Club.

 

Please advise our Security when you intend to come into the Club with your nannies, drivers or caregivers. If they come into the Club without you, they will have to accomplish a health declaration form. 

*Please read the W&C diligently.  It is the responsibility of every Member to strictly comply with the health declarations and stipulations in this document each time you “swipe in” to enter the Club.
