Please take note of our guidelines for posting of products and/or services:

Personal postings are open to all Manila Polo Club Members, Spouses and Dependents. Registered Dependents must seek the approval of their parent-member/spouse prior to posting.

Commercial postings are not allowed.

Requests for posting of food and beverage and services competing against the Club’s offerings will not be accommodated.

All personal postings must be submitted to the Communications and Club Events (CCE) Office in Word document for product/service details and photos in jpeg or png, via email at aya.pornel@manilapolo.com.ph. All posts are subject to the review and approval of the General Manager and the Marketing Committee.

Requests for personal postings by non-members must be sponsored by Members. The Club/CCE Office shall only deal with Members on the actual posting.

Please take note of the following requirements for posting:

Description – must include complete product description (e.g., model, brand, size/dimension), condition (e.g., brand new, pre-loved), and any other relevant info. Product/service description must not exceed 200 characters, excluding model/brand/year.

Photos (front, back, side shots), maximum of five images

Name of contact person and contact details

Standard duration of posting: 1 month (may be extended based on our existing posting guidelines)

Posting fee: ₱500/month, chargeable to the Member’s account prior to posting

The Club/CCE Office will not be responsible for facilitating the transaction between the buyer and the seller. All inquiries and/or payments as well as refund requests must be sent directly to the seller.

Expired posts will be taken down without prior notice. Members may contact the CCE Office at 8817 0951 to 61 ext 205/249, aya.pornel@manilapolo.com.ph for extension, re-posting or submission of new material.

Prohibited items/services for posting: illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, stolen/illegal property, firearms, weapons, counterfeit or knockoff items, pirated items, and any other illegal and/or offensive items.
