Recognising the need to stay active at home and the immense benefits of yoga, Fitness Committee Chairman Bernie Laygo, as approved by the Sports & Athletics Directorate and the Board of Directors, spearheaded the holding of complimentary online yoga sessions for members, which started in March this year.
“It’s a good way to engage members during the quarantine, when all of us are forced to exercise indoors to maintain physical, emotional and mental health and well-being,” shares Chairman Bernie.
“I am glad that the members appreciates our classes,” he adds.
Teacher Arcel, our Polo Fit yoga instructor, conducts the sessions every Wednesday at 8am, which have been extended until 26 May 2021. To join our weekly yoga sesh, enter the Zoom details below:
