NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The Annual General Membership Meeting of all members of the Manila Polo Club Inc. will be held virtually on Monday, 23 August 2021, at 5:45 p.m. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the restriction on mass gatherings, members may only attend the meeting via remote communication (Zoom) or by appointing a proxy.
Members can assign a proxy or register to attend AGM via Zoom from 04 to 20 August 2021 either via https://bit.ly/AGMOnline2021 any time, or with the assistance of an MPC staff via https://bit.ly/AGM2021VirtualHelpDesk, 8am to 6pm. Requirements and procedures will be posted on the Club’s website, particularly on the AGM 2021 page.
