World Mental Health Day is observed every 10th of October to raise awareness on mental health issues and to mobilize efforts in support of mental well-being.

 

Research shows that reading good books has been found to improve one’s social cognition and the therapeutic use of select reading materials has been utilized to alleviate many different mental health challenges.
