1. Table reservations at the Cogon Village will be accepted directly by the Concessionaire of the area.
2. Table reservations with more than 10pax or with special setup requirements will have to be coursed through the Food and Beverage Office.
3. Booking — Table reservation in Cogon Village for pre-identified huts may only be made by Members, Spouses, and their Dependents.
a. Available for reservation, except on Sundays: huts number 16 to 29
b. Available for walk-in only: huts number 1 to 15
4. Minimum consumables shall apply for Cogon table reservations of pre-identified huts.
a. Php 7,500 for Hut #21, or Php 500/ head (good for 15 pax)
b. Php 2,000 for Huts #16 to #29, except #21, or Php 500/ head (good for 3-4pax)
5. Reserved table — Reserved tables will be placed with a “RESERVED” sign one (1) hour prior to the reservation time. Any request from other Members to occupy a reserved table prior to the arrival of the reserving party can be accommodated with the condition that the table is cleared 15 minutes prior to reservation time.
6. Holding Time — Reserved table will be given 15 minutes grace period. In the event of a no-show, the restaurant outlet reserves the right to release the table for free seating.
7. Cancellation should be made 2 hours prior to reservation time. 50% of the minimum consumable shall be charged to the reserving Member if s/he fails to advise within the prescribed time.
8. SPORTS LOUNGE — Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. EAST TERRACE — Tables are on a first-come, first-served basis.
