As we prepare to transition to our “new normal” operations and anticipate more Members to come to the Club, we recently welcomed Cibo di Marghi Signature Caterer (Cibo di M) as our F&B concessionaire on 27 July 2021! Now that is something to look forward to each time you visit the Club.
Behind Cibo di M is Chef Margarita “Gaita” Fores, who was heralded as Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2016.
Cibo di M has been hosting the Club’s most sought-after monthly private dining at the East Terrace, and is now joining us to give you a new signature taste of your second home.
We thank Hizon’s Catering, headed by Mrs Baby Hizon, for being an invaluable partner of the Club for five years now, elevating Members’ experience with East Terrace Outdoor Dining, Weekend BBQ and other dine-in as well as takeaway specials. Hizon’s will continue to provide banquet catering services to the Club.
With the overwhelming response on these concepts, including our monthly private dining, Cibo di M joins the Club in handling daily F&B operations, taking our services to the next level.
We are excited about this collaboration with Cibo di M, Hizon’s and our other F&B concessionaires, and we look forward to having you and your families enjoy unique dining experiences at the Club.
