Billing Announcement

Currently, our Club is receiving payments through bank fund transfers and over-the-counter (OTC) transactions that are not easily identified. To ensure a more efficient and accurate posting of payments to the appropriate accounts, we kindly request all members to include their Membership Number (MC#) as a reference in any payment made. Alternatively, you can provide the Billing Department with a copy of the slip or transaction report for verification purposes.

Including your MC# as a reference helps our finance team to promptly credit payments to your account and avoid delays in processing, ensuring your membership remains in good standing.

Here are the key points to remember:

1. Payment Reference: When making a payment through bank transfer or over the counter, please include your Membership Number (MC#) as a reference in the transaction details.

2. Providing Proof: If you have made a payment and were unable to include your Membership Number (MC#) as a reference, please share a copy of the slip or transaction report with our Billing Department at evangeline.garay@manilapolo.com.ph.

3. Timely Submission: We encourage you to provide the necessary details promptly after making a payment to avoid any potential delays in processing.
