Exercise boosts energy and mood, and yoga is no exception. On a physical level, it helps improve the body’s mobility, and on a psychological level, yoga can help you cultivate mindfulness as you shift your awareness to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that accompany a given pose or exercise.
We encourage members to take advantage of the Polo Fit Cardio Room to practice individual yoga drills, a holistic form of exercise that hopefully, keeps some of the stress and anxiety at bay, as well as improve flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. The Cardio Room allows for one individual or one household per use, on a first-come, first-served basis.
