F&B SAFETY PROTOCOLS

1. No Face Mask, No Entry – Wearing of face mask is required to enter the outlets (except while eating).

 

2. Distancing of tables and chairs – at least one meter apart on all sides.

 

3. Physical distancing of one meter in between diners.

 

4. Maximum allowable persons at each outlet based on 30% capacity for indoor dine-in in restaurants and 50% capacity for al fresco.

 

5. Please swipe your card at the gate every time you enter and exit the Club. Your membership card will also be swiped in the Polo Pass system when you present it to pay at the sports facilities, food and beverage, and other outlets.

 

6. Temperature check – one at the main gate, another before entering Last Chukker and Nanten; for outlets within the Main Clubhouse, temperature check prior to entering the main lobby or East Field.

 

7. Acrylic table barriers are installed for indoor dining only.

 

8. Limited Member-personnel interaction.

 

9. Foot baths placed at the entrances of outlets with indoor dining.

 

10. Signages and floor markings where necessary.

11. Hand sanitizers on top of each table.

12. Chinaware, cutleries, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and properly stored.

13. Cutleries should be wrapped in tissue upon serving to the Members.

14. Tables and chairs are properly cleaned and disinfected after every use.

15. Limited menu until further notice.

16. No buffet offering.

17. Single-use menu placemats or tent card menu on the table.

18. Contactless order-taking through an ordering link or QR code.

19. Condiments upon request.

20. Proper disposal of disposable items.

 

21. Hanging out in the dining area is highly discouraged; Members given 1.5 hrs to dine.

22. Pre-ordering for takeaway/delivery available via an online form.

23. Manager or supervisor on duty is tasked to ensure compliance to protocols.
