The Sarabia Optical Cup was held on 13 April 2024 at the Manila Polo Club Softball grounds. The Friendly was won by the Black Team captained by Bernie Laygo and co-captained by Ritchie Sarabia. The other teams that competed were Green Team captained by Tonichi Severino, Blue Team captained by Moss Laygo, and Red Team captained by Ogie Villalon.
