Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

Dear Members,

In line with the past circulars and the reopening of indoor dining and other services, only fully vaccinated Members and staff are allowed in indoor facilities.   May we kindly request vaccinated Members to register proofs of their fully complied COVID-19 vaccination records with the Membership Affairs Office.  This will facilitate hassle-free entry to the Club’s indoor venues. Registered Members will only have to present their membership card when patronizing:

  • The Last Chukker’s indoor dining
  • Hairwatch’s indoor salon service
  • Polo Fit

The following are valid proofs of vaccination:

  • Vaccination card from the LGU or a private clinic
  • Vaccination certificate from the LGU or DOH
  • Proof of vaccination from another country, if immunization was done overseas
  • Other proof of full vaccination

Please submit your proof of vaccination via email to membership@manilapolo.com.ph. Please note that “full vaccination” means two weeks after your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Not registering in advance will require you to present proof of vaccination for every visit to an indoor facility.

All members and guests in the Club must continue to follow the Club’s safety protocols, even those who are fully vaccinated.
