Dear Members,
The Club is pleased to inform you that the Board has approved allowing fully vaccinated guests in the Club beginning tomorrow, 25 September 2021. Cardholders (proprietary, associate, life, and courtesy members, special guests, spouse and registered dependents) can now bring one (1) fully vaccinated guest at any one time, for sports, dining and/or recreation.
As additional good news, guests no longer need to be accompanied by the sponsoring Member when coming into the Club.
Here’s how it works:
- All guests must be pre-registered using the Request for Guest Entry form at least one hour prior to arrival to the Club.
- The requesting Member/cardholder will receive a confirmation email from the Membership office (8:00am to 6:00pm) while the registered guest receives a link to the Guest Waiver.
- Guests are encouraged to accomplish the Guest Waiver prior to arrival to the Club. Proof of full vaccination has to be attached to the Guest Waiver.
- At the gate, the registered guest must advise the guard of the MC number of his/her sponsoring Member and present a valid ID for verification.
- Verified guests may proceed to their destination inside the Club.
- Guests who have not accomplished the Guest Waiver prior to coming into the Club will be required to pass by the Membership Office to accomplish it and present proof of full vaccination before they are allowed entry into the facilities.
Link to the Request for Guest Entry form will also be sent to your registered SMS numbers, for future use. It can also be accessed from the Club’s website (under Member’s Corner) and by request from the Membership Office (contact details below).

The sponsoring Member is responsible for his/her guest and must ensure that the guest complies with the Club’s House Rules and health and safety protocols, including temperature check, wearing of masks, and keeping a safe distance from others.
