Chateau Montelena Cabernet Sauvignon 2017: P8,100 per bottle
Tasting notes: On the nose, it has cocoa raspberry jam and dried fig highlighting a bright, fresh nose that quickly settles into a steady parade of baking spices, black pepper, and earth. The palate is deceptively soft initially, the wine continues to build with flavors of ripe plum, very fine tannins, and espresso bean. A lively ginger note adds a touch of spice, dried cherry, tobacco & fresh bright cranberries.

Tasting notes: This chardonnay delights with aromas of pear, white peach, orange blossom, vanilla, graham cracker, and buttercream, perfectly balanced by flavors of Fuji apple, cinnamon, apricot & hazelnut. Lingering creamery and toasted oak notes round out the finish.
