Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2020 – P3,500/per bottle
Tasting notes – It is fresh & vibrant on the nose, with aromatics of bright citrus, lime, orchard blossom and passion fruit. The palate is concentrated and mouth watering with juicy stone fruit and subtle tropical characters underpinned by a fine minerality and acidity.
Origin: Marlborough, New Zealand
ABV: 13.5 %
Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Jean-Luc Baldes Clos Triguedina Cahors – Malbec du Clos 2017 – P1,700/per bottle
Tasting notes – Deep ruby red in color. Nose has medium intensity, ripe black currant, blueberry, black plum, mint, hints of cloves, vanilla, wood, cedar and dried blackberry developing its earthy flavor. Palate is dry with high tannins, full body with medium intensity and long finish.
