This room is named after William McKinley, the 25th President of the United States who led the nation to victory in the Spanish-American War in 1898. Originally located at the ground floor where the new library is now nestled, the McKinley Room enjoys its new location at the very private end of the second floor hallway from the Centennial Lobby.
